30-Day Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects only — for example, if the moving hand mechanism or remote control does not work as intended.
This warranty does not cover:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse
How it works
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery, including photos or a short video showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer you one of the following:
- A replacement unit at no extra cost, or
- A partial refund, without needing to return the product
Please note: due to international shipping costs, we do not require defective items to be returned. This allows us to resolve your issue faster.
Shipping issues
If your order arrives damaged in transit or is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
